I’ve downloaded and installed the game but it will not start,
why?
The game probably doesn’t work on your mobile phone. Mobile phones are
released in numerous versions and sometimes applications that should work fine
don’t work at all. We recommend that you contact your local phone store
and ask them to update the software (firmware) on the phone.
The game is not available for my mobile phone, why?
There are too many different mobile phones out there and it’s hard to
make the game work on all. We have tried our best to make the game available
for the widest audience. We are sorry you can’t play this game but if
you send us an email at tipi@tetrapak.com telling us what mobile phone you have
we might be able to create new version in the future.
I can’t find anywhere what the game costs, how do I pay?
You don’t! The game is free and will not cost you anything. No strings
attached, Enjoy!
Is it safe to install Milk Run Run on my mobile phone?
Yes. The game is built in Java and follows a standard agreement between Sun
(the creator of Java) and the mobile phone manufacturers. This makes it possible
for third party companies to create software for mobile phones in a safe and
stable way.
When installing the game, it informs me that it might be unsafe. Why?
This game is considered a third party software. That means it was not created
by the mobile phone manufacturer or their preferred partners. Some devices choose
to inform the user that this game is a third party software and could be considered
a risk. Tetra Pak assures that this game does not contain any viruses or similar.
How do I save a high-score online?
Your mobile phone needs to be able to connect to the internet through WAP or
similar. When you choose to save a high-score online the game will ask you if
it is ok to connect to the internet. When connected it might take a while to
send your score depending on traffic and the speed of the connection.
Can I save more than one high-score online?
No, only the best high-score will be submitted. The internal high-score handles
more than one high-score.
